Bryan at 1 Food & Spirits was outstanding. He was juggling seven tables — including a large party of ten — and never missed a beat. Friendly, attentive, and calm under pressure. Great service all around!
The food was excellent, Bryan provided exceptional service and helped us choose the perfect drinks. I am local but hadn’t been down here at all and we will be back! Lovely piano music and relaxing atmosphere. A very decent price point for well crafted entrees, and creative small plates ( duck confit egg rolls, anyone??) also nice vegetarian options.
We stayed at the hotel and decided to have a nightcap. We were a little hesitant due to it being a Saturday night and not one person in the place. Unfortunately didn't get to try their delicious looking food bc the kitchen was closed at 10pm. But what a surprise to meet the bartender, Doc. He was super knowledgeable and you can tell he loves what he does. The drinks he made us were killer!
Leon is an amazing chef!!!!! We staryed with the korean bbq wings and they didnt last long.....We kinda went off menu and got the steak. Prepared perfectly. Fingerling potatoes were amazing and so was the rice and asparagus. We had dessert too. I had the bread pudding and really enjoyed that and tiramisu (can't spell it) and that was perfect too. It's not cheap but worth it. The atmosphere is really laid back and not over crowded.
The mahi tacos were out of this world. Our waiter was excellent, as was the live music. We will be back! Happy hour ended up being a bit pricey for the appetizers, but it was enough for a light meal, with large pieces of fish.
This was a top tier, cozy, elegant restaurant with excellent salmon and surprise beverage that turned out to be a Cranberry Paloma! So yummy! The overall vibe was very chill and would want to stay longer but Airshow calling. Bryan delivered 5 star service and was very personable and makes the guests feel right at home. Thank you The 1 Food and ✨Spirits!
We love going to the Blu-Tique, it has been our weekly date night spot for a year now. They often have live music, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Brian and Victoria are excellent waiters, always providing top notch and prompt service! Shaun knows our drink orders and will have it ready nearly by the time we sit down! The chefs have always been spot on, the food is prepared consistently each time. 5 stars for everyone at the Blu!
We came in for breakfast with my husband, and the waitress was very welcoming! The coffee was amazing and she told us it was from a local coffee shop. The food came out quick, and it was one of the best breakfasts I had in a long time! Everything tasted fresh and the price of everything was very reasonable. I wish I would've found out about this place sooner since I'll be coming back here again!
Thank you, Bryan! This was our second time dining here and everything on the menu was so delicious. Bryan, our server, is very courteous and made our night so memorable! We originally visited during Happy Hour, but ultimately we decided to stay the whole night trying some food that Bryan recommended. Also, my boyfriend and I are a huge Crème brûlée fans. The 1 Food & Spirits is at the #1 spot for best Crème brûlée! We will def come back again.
Absolutely one of the best dining spots in the town. Blu-Tique serves up amazing plates on a very affordable price point. The service staff is beyond awesome, Brian, Victoria, and Shaun kept our drinks fresh and the conversation rolling. Live music to relax to, comfy couch seats, clean environment... Literally hits all the points. Can't recommend enough!
